These are the specs. will it run on low, med, high? and around what fps do you think? Is it a good deal to buy for 275 dollars?

Is this a good computer? i want it for a couple games, nothing extreme like cyrsis, just little things like minecraft. I also want ti for video editing, specifically ram intensive programs like after effects, and probobly multitasking with them. But mainly it would be for typing documents and just going online.
